Milled Polymer

Modular Tooling
Place (several) critical features in a predefined shape.For years we have optimised the (injection compression) molding process of microstructures. Using these optimised tools with customised features in a predefined shape is a unique way to reach very precice results in an early phase! We customized this high efficient tooling to quickly interchange the cores and cavities to make samples or prototypes with quality as close as it gets to the end-product.
Axxicon housing Insert
We have developed an housing in which we can interchange the cores and cavity. Of course it has some design limits, but it prevents you investing in a costly high volume production tool.
Dedicated tooling Looking for prototypes, but your design requires specific details, we are ready to design you a customer spcecifc prototyping mould.
