Axxicon employing “Wajong”

A+O Metalektro, a Dutch branch organisation, introduced the ‘Wajongtalent in de Metalektro’ project last year. The project scope is to support young people with a disability to find and prepare for a new job. For Axxicon participating in this project meant an opportunity to ensure themselves of future human resources, to play a proactive role considering new coming Dutch laws and to take their social responsability as a company. Axxicon sets the standard in HRM as well!
